On this episode we wanted to touch base about how to handle damages whether it was a preexisting condition, or you caused it.  Mike Karlen joined us because he's going through a client issue where he's being accused of damaging a vehicle.  Luckily for Mike he had pre-inspection sheets, and everything was documented.  We also talk about our worse damage stories and how we dealt with them.
